Plattsburgh, NY

No me vedettiin kiertue-laminaatit esiin taskusta..Myyjä ei suostunut kiipeämään tikapuilla hakemaan julistetta alas, joten minä meistä rohkeimpana kapusin hakemaan julisteen alas...Kyllä kannatti..saatiin hyvät rabatit..

Käytiin syömässä illalla vielä sellaisessa All American tyyppisessä pihvi/ pottu ravintolassa. Söin 35o grammasen pihvin uunipotun ja sipulirenkaiden kera. Jälkkäriksi ”strawberry cheesecake”...Ei tosin pystynyt ihan koko pihviä vetään...

Ennen nukkumaan menoa pelasin PSP:llä Tekkeniä ja Dark Mirroria.. Huomenna mennään sitten Kanadaan.

02/04/08 Plattsburgh, Day off

The bus parked at the hotel and we decided to walk to the local mall. I spent some money again. I bought some games to my PSP. I also bought some Kiss shirts. As we walked inside the shirt store I noticed our tour posters on the wall. Tony was smart enough to ask some discount if we would sign one poster. “You have to prove you´re actually from the band” the lady said. We showed our tour laminates to her. “You have to climb up the ladders to get the poster down” she said..So I was brave enough to get the poster down. It was worth it. We had good discounts..
In the evening we went to eat in this All American type of steak restaurant. I had 12 oz steak with a big potato and onion rings. Strawberry cheese cake for the dessert. I wasn´t able to eat the whole steak since it was so big.

Before it was time to go to bed, I played some games with PSP. Tekken and Dark Mirror for example.. Tomorrow we head up for Canada.

Hey, Elias, just wanted to say thanks a ton for this blog--stories from the road are always interesting, particularly when you're in this crazy nation of ours. You were great in Chicago back in September (my roommate particularly liked the hair-blowing fan!!) and you're filling some big shoes with aplomb. Great work!!

... I'm mad at you all for rooting for the Giants, though. *sulk* :p

Heheh, Tony is a smart guy... ;) The lady was a bit ignoramus, she should have known that you were Sonata guys!

I love all those kind of stories which happen in tours. Thank you Elias for writting a blog :)
