Oslo

01.11.07 Oslo

No nyt sain hyvin nukuttua ainaski 8 tuntia. Herättyäni kirjoittelin vähän blogiin tekstiä. Kahden kolmen aikaan jätkät tuli pyytelemään soundcheckiin. Venuen bäkkäri oli melkoinen sokkelo. Suoraan Spinal Tapin ”Hello Cleveland”-kohtauksesta. Me meinattiin eksyä sinne.

Me ollaan ”on-line” kuten kuvasta näkyy :-)

Keikkaa tuli katsomaan myös pari frendii Jari ja Heidi Kainulainen, Ragnhild, Jukka ja Åge. Oli aivan mahtava nähdä kavereita pitkästä aikaa!

Taas jaettiin muutamat nimmarit ulkona. Taisin jakaa muutamat Sonata-plekutkin siinä. Vähän niinkun bonuksena hyvästä keikasta :-)

Illalla Henkka löysi teippirullan. Huumorin kukka se on kaunis kukka. Kuvassa kaveri(nimeltämainitsematon) nukkuu punkassaan täysin tiedostamattomassa tilassa. Aamusella voi olla vähän vaikeaa päästä ulos :-)
Hyvää yötä, Kauniita Unia

11/01/07 Oslo

This time I slept something like 8 hours. It was good. After I woke up I wrote this blog a little bit. In the afternoon technicians came to ask us for the soundcheck. The backstage area at the venue was like a labyrinth. Like the “Hello Cleveland”-scene from the Spinal Tap movie. We almost got lost. We ate at some Chinese restaurant across the street. The service sucked. First of all we had to wait for the food over half an hour. At some point the waitress brought a pile of plates to the table. Some orders were wrong..They might have not known that we are rock stars!

Before the show we did some radio interview with Henkka. It was in 2000 when Sonata was in Oslo last time. So they have waited a long time. It showed, the crowd was in a wild mood. Fists in the air. Everybody! It was really great to play! The show was sold out, again!

What´s it look like at the backstage of a rock band? Booze, drugs and women? Well, we aren´t a rock band then. We are “on-line” as you can see from the picture :-)

I met some friends, they came to the show, Jari and Heidi Kainulainen, Ragnhild, Jukka and Åge. It was so good to see friends!

Like before, we did some autograph signing outside the venue. I gave a couple of Sonata picks as well, it was like a bonus for the good show :-)

At night it was time for a practical joke. Henkka found the tape…Actually, in the picture, somebody is sleeping in the bunk. So in the morning it´s a nice surprise for him…

Sweet dreams everybody.

The show in Oslo absolutely rocked! I'm a "brand new" fan, and initially came to the show to keep my pregnant sister company in the back so that her fiancée could go to the front. Luckily he stayed with her in the back, so me and my (not pregnant) sis could rock out at the front!

When I first started listening to you guys, I just couldn't stop.

Rock on and all that :)

P.S. Please come back soon, I wanna hear you play again and not be such a newbie-fan!

Thank you for finally visiting Oslo. I waited outside 4 hours before the doors opened but you didn't come out to say hello:( Too bad:D I waited along with 4 other people for 2 hours before a line started forming hoping to catch a glimse of you people!

This has to be one of the best concerts I've ever seen !

Come back soon.. and maybe do what a few other band does? (which I've only seen in Oslo).. two concerts in a row. Norwegians are special and you know we'll go crazy both days :)
